This is a smart programmable room thermostat designed to work with underfloor heating system, floor cooling system and ceiling heat & cool system. It allows you to control and automate your home’s heating and cooling system remotely using a mobile app. Such intelligent touch heating and cooling thermostat works by sensing the air temperature, switching on the heating when the air temperature falls below the thermostat setting, and switching on the cooling when the air temperature higher than the thermostat settings.

Control underfloor heating : Water pipe at underfloor runs hot water only.
Control both underfloor heating or cooling: water pipes at underfloor run hot water at winter for heating, run cold water at summer for cooling
Control ceiling fan coil heating or cooling only: Normally water pipe and fan coil units are installed here, it works exactly as a 2 pipe fan coil thermostat
Both control underfloor & ceiling heating or cooling. For such application, the ceiling heating will work as 2 stage heating. Underfloor cooling work as 2 stage cooling.
